Seek God's Approval

'And Saul said unto Samuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice' 1Samuel 15:24.

Acceptance comes with great delight. Desiring acceptance has led many astray. That is why many folks today no longer live their lives they focus more on what people say and think of them. Today people post their nude pictures on their social media pages and profiles just to gain more followers and likes.

Seeking to always please men and women can be very costly. A lady after dressing and going out, and nobody tells her you are beautiful, comes back feeling depressed saying to herself 'maybe I am no longer beautiful, why do people hate me? She will forget that God has already approved of her in His Word when He said, 'You are fearfully and wonderfully made' (Psalm 134:14).

The knowledge of this truth, that God approves of you will give you much more confidence. He thinks more of you. He says, 'For I know the thoughts that I think towards you saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end (Jeremiah 29:11). Seeing that God approves of you, you should do what pleases Him.

Think Big

. 'For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he...' Proverb 23:4 Limited thinking prevents one from progressing. A man went fishing and each time he caught a big fish, he threw it back into the water and kept the smaller ones. When confronted, he said his frying pan was a small one and couldn't contain the bigger fish. He couldn't think of something else to do with the bigger fish. That is limited thinking. When a small idea gets into a big mind, it can produce enormous results, but if a great idea gets into a small mind, the idea will be reduced to the size of the mind. Biography of Kenneth E. Hagin

Kenneth E. Hagin Rev. Kenneth Erwin Hagin was born on Aug. 20, 1917, in McKinney, Texas. Rev. Hagin was sickly as a child, suffering from a deformed heart and an incurable blood disease. He was not expected to live and became bedfast at age 15. In April 1933 during a dramatic conversion experience, he reported dying three times in 10 minutes, each time seeing the horrors of hell and then returning to life. In August 1934, Rev. Hagin was miraculously healed, raised off a deathbed by the power of God and the revelation of faith in God’s Word. Jesus appeared to Rev. Hagin eight times over the next several years in visions that changed the course of his ministry. In 1967, he began a regular radio broadcast that continues today as Rhema for Today.                               The Believer's Authority By Kenneth E Hagin In 1968 Rev.       Don't Relent On Your Prayers "After this manner, therefore, pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name." (Matthew 6:9) The child's mind is unwaved towards his parent. When you take your child to the school, he stays there with the faith that you will come back and pick him up after school. The child depends on and trusts his parents. If God is your Father which I trust He is, then depend and trust in Him.
