VALUE FOR TIME

To everything, there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Our entire life is measured by time. Your success and achievement are directly proportional to the time invested therein. To the one that is a medical doctor, for instance, it means that he has invested 5 or 6 years of his time in learning and acquiring knowledge to practice as a medical doctor. It, therefore, means that he traded time for the skill. We have a period here on earth to fulfill our purpose. It would be suicidal to attempt to waste it for we have but one life.

Try as much as you can to always engage yourself with profitable discussion, and not involve yourself with gossip. David knew the importance of understanding the value of time which made him pray to God on behalf of the people he was ruling. He prayed in this manner, Father, 'Teach us to number our days so we may apply our heart unto wisdom" (Psalm 90:12). This prayer means that God should teach us how to have plans for our lives and work towards achieving them.

He was not expected to live and became bedfast at age 15. In April 1933 during a dramatic conversion experience, he reported dying three times in 10 minutes, each time seeing the horrors of hell and then returning to life. In August 1934, Rev. Hagin was miraculously healed, raised off a deathbed by the power of God and the revelation of faith in God’s Word. Jesus appeared to Rev. Hagin eight times over the next several years in visions that changed the course of his ministry. In 1967, he began a regular radio broadcast that continues today as Rhema for Today.                               The Believer's Authority By Kenneth E Hagin In 1968 Rev. To Overcome Defeat Is Possible

"I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me" (Philippians 4:13) This is a fact that you must never forget some people have overcome every conceivable difficult situation even the one in which you now find yourself and which to you seems utterly hopeless. So did it seem to some others, but they found an out, a way up, a path over, a pass through. I advise you not to take the attitude that you are in a situation in which nobody has ever been before. There is no such situation. Related Topic: Belief In Yourself   The first thing to do about an obstacle is simply to stand up to it and not complain about it. Don't go crawling through life on your hands and knees half-defeated. Stand up to your obstacle and do something about them. You will find that they haven't half the strength you think they have. You can do this when you have faith, faith in God, and faith in yourself. Faith supplies staying power. It contains dynamics to keep one going when the going is h...
