Don't Relent On Your Prayers

"After this manner, therefore, pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name." (Matthew 6:9)

The child's mind is unwaved towards his parent. When you take your child to the school, he stays there with the faith that you will come back and pick him up after school. The child depends on and trusts his parents. If God is your Father which I trust He is, then depend and trust in Him. 'For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong on the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him...' (2Chronicles 16:9).

You are God's product (Genesis 1:6). Being the manufacturer of you He has adequate and most reliable data about you not calling on Him every time is extremely dangerous. I have always had God as my only live line. The one time I have to go through difficulties was the only time I relaxed in calling on Him. Having understood this, since I don't want a hard life so I always call on Him. One of the devil's strategies is to make his target very busy, thereby making him stay away from God's presence. When he succeeds he will then strike. The Bible says, "But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way" (Matthew 13:25). To sleep also means to rest. When you relax in prayers the enemy will come, no wonder Jesus advises 'Wash and pray so that you do not fall into temptations' (Matthew 26:41)

VALUE FOR TIME

To everything, there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven (Ecclesiastes 3:1) Our entire life is measured by time. Your success and achievement are directly proportional to the time invested therein. To the one that is a medical doctor, for instance, it means that he has invested 5 or 6 years of his time in learning and acquiring knowledge to practice as a medical doctor. It, therefore, means that he traded time for the skill. We have a period here on earth to fulfill our purpose. It would be suicidal to attempt to waste it for we have but one life.  Helpful Topic: Motivational Quotes For Women.              DON'T TEMPT GOD 'Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. John 4:7 An example of tempting God is when you know that the action you are about to take will put you in danger but you still went ahead to do it with the mindset that God will rescue you, and if that didn't happen as you planned you start blaming God. God has given us sound minds. 'For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and love, and a sound mind' (2Timothy1:7 ).
