        A GODLY LIFESTYLE

'Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them (Matthew 7:20)

You are a member of the body of Christ which Jesus is the head. Having known this, you are expected to live a certain pattern of lifestyle. A Godly lifestyle that hates evil and loves good. 'Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is the Lord, and his laws doth he meditates day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of waters that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither, and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper (Psalm 1:1-3).

A godly lifestyle is different from an ungodly lifestyle. There are not in any way similar. The ungodly may go to a nightclub, but you are not to go with them because it is not your lifestyle. The ungodly may beat up the wife when there is disagreement, but you can't do such a thing, because you have been commanded by your Boss to love your wife just as He loved the church. If what you do in the private is brought to the open and is edifying: thumbs for you. It is the fruit of the Holy Spirit that distinguishes you from the ungodly not speaking tongues. 'But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance...' (Galatians 5:22-23)

Biography of Kenneth E. Hagin

Kenneth E. Hagin Rev. Kenneth Erwin Hagin was born on Aug. 20, 1917, in McKinney, Texas. Rev. Hagin was sickly as a child, suffering from a deformed heart and an incurable blood disease. He was not expected to live and became bedfast at age 15. In April 1933 during a dramatic conversion experience, he reported dying three times in 10 minutes, each time seeing the horrors of hell and then returning to life. In August 1934, Rev. Hagin was miraculously healed, raised off a deathbed by the power of God and the revelation of faith in God’s Word. Jesus appeared to Rev. Hagin eight times over the next several years in visions that changed the course of his ministry. In 1967, he began a regular radio broadcast that continues today as Rhema for Today.                               The Believer's Authority By Kenneth E Hagin In 1968 Rev. Think Big

. 'For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he...' Proverb 23:4 Limited thinking prevents one from progressing. A man went fishing and each time he caught a big fish, he threw it back into the water and kept the smaller ones. When confronted, he said his frying pan was a small one and couldn't contain the bigger fish. He couldn't think of something else to do with the bigger fish. That is limited thinking. When a small idea gets into a big mind, it can produce enormous results, but if a great idea gets into a small mind, the idea will be reduced to the size of the mind. Expect The Best

"For surely there is an end, and thine expectation shall not be cut off" (Proverb 23:18). Norman Vincent Peale asked a newspaper editor,  "How did you get to be the editor of this important paper? The man replied, "I wanted to be". Naturally in this process of achieving the best, it is important to know where you want to go in life. You can reach your goal, your best dreams can come true, and you can get where you want to go only if you know what your goal is. Your expectation must have a closely defined objective. Lots of people get nowhere simply because they don't know where they want to go. They have no clear-cut, precisely defined purpose. You can't expect the best if you think aimlessly.  Related Topic: Thing Big Don't let yesterday's defeat rub you off today's victory.
