You are missing a lot if your career and business profile don't have an online presence. Make quality investments to ensure that you are retaining the customers that are coming your way. You will not be doing yourself well if you are the type that always lookout for new customers rather than putting more energy into retaining the ones you have already.

If a customer patronizes you for the first time, send an SMS or email of thank you and ask for his opinion on how you can improve your services. By so doing you are letting him know that you value him and guess what everybody likes to be in a place he is valued.
